Go to slotspl.app/register, fill in your name, a username, your Pakistani mobile number and a password. Confirm your date of birth (18+ is required), tick the terms box and submit. An OTP is sent to your mobile immediately. Enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under two minutes and is completely free.
At the point of registration, only your Pakistani mobile number, a chosen username and a password are required. Your date of birth is needed to confirm you are 18 or older. A CNIC or other identity document is not required during registration but may be requested later during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before large withdrawals are processed.
No. Slots PL allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts – under the same identity or different ones – is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with any bonus balance forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.
Visit slotspl.app/login and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or username along with your password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, an OTP will be sent to your mobile as an additional step. On your personal device you can tick "keep me logged in" to skip this each visit.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter the Pakistani mobile number you registered with and an OTP will be sent immediately. Follow the reset link in the SMS to set a new password. The OTP expires in 10 minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered number, email support@slotspl.app with your username and the last four digits of the original number for manual account recovery.
Log in and go to Account Settings → Personal Details. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification first, as the number is also used for OTP security. Contact support@slotspl.app if you need assistance with a number change – the team will guide you through the verification steps required.
Yes. You can self-exclude for a minimum of six months via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, or contact support@slotspl.app to request permanent closure. Any withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by Slots PL itself, though your bank or mobile wallet may have their own daily limits. Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers reflect in your Slots PL balance instantly. IBFT bank transfers typically reflect within one to two minutes on working days.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly once approved – your mobile wallet balance updates within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are also very fast, typically under five minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take 15 minutes to a few hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawal times vary by issuing bank. All withdrawal requests must pass a basic fraud check before processing, which is usually immediate for regular accounts.
The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Only your real money balance can be withdrawn – bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before it converts to withdrawable funds. You can check your withdrawable balance versus bonus balance from your account dashboard at any time after login.
For Easypaisa and JazzCash, deposits are instant. If your balance has not updated within two minutes of a successful mobile wallet payment, first do a hard refresh of the page. If the balance is still not updated, note your transaction reference number from the payment confirmation SMS and contact support@slotspl.app with that reference. The team typically resolves missing deposit queries within 15 minutes.
Slots PL does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees according to their own pricing – check directly with your provider if you are seeing unexpected deductions. These fees are outside Slots PL's control.
As a general rule, withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as part of Slots PL's anti-money-laundering controls. If you have changed your payment method (for example, switched from Easypaisa to JazzCash) or need to withdraw to a different account, contact support@slotspl.app before submitting the withdrawal request to avoid delays.
Cricket Betting & Odds
Slots PL covers PSL, international matches and domestic T20 competitions. Available markets include match winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs in an over, method of dismissal, innings total runs, player milestones and live in-play markets updated ball by ball. Slots PL displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the clearest format for Pakistani players new to online betting. A decimal odd of 2.50 means a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,500 (your Rs 1,000 stake plus Rs 1,500 profit). You can switch between decimal and fractional odds from your account preferences. Yes. Live in-play betting is a core part of the Slots PL cricket experience. Odds update in real time as each ball is bowled. You can use the Live Cricket Score page alongside the betting interface to track the match and make informed in-play decisions. Live markets are available throughout the innings, not just between overs.
If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your Slots PL PKR balance. For in-play bets already settled before the abandonment, results stand. If a match is reduced in overs due to weather and a result is reached via DLS method, bets on match winner markets stand on the official result. Specific abandoned-match rules for each market type are detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
The minimum stake per cricket betting selection at Slots PL is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and match type and are shown at the bet slip stage before you confirm. For high-value bets above the standard maximum, contact support to discuss a manual arrangement for significant sporting events.
Cash-out is available on selected cricket markets at Slots PL. When it is available, a cash-out button appears on your active bet in the My Bets section. The cash-out value is calculated based on current odds and may be less than or more than your original stake depending on how the match has progressed. Games – Andar Bahar, Ludo & Card Games
Slots PL has a full game library beyond cricket. This includes Andar Bahar, card games (Teen Patti and others), Ludo games with PKR wagering and virtual sports covering virtual cricket, football and horse racing. All games run 24/7 and are accessible immediately after login.
Andar Bahar is a traditional card game popular across South Asia. A single "joker" card is drawn from the deck, placed in the middle, and you bet on whether a matching-rank card will appear on the Andar (left) or Bahar (right) side. Cards are dealt alternately to both sides until a match is found. The Slots PL version uses a certified RNG-shuffled virtual deck. Virtual sports at Slots PL are simulated events generated by a certified random number generator. They are not real-world matches. Results are produced by the RNG and the outcomes are statistically fair. Slots PL Ludo can be played both against the AI and in player-vs-player mode, depending on the table type you join. Both modes involve PKR wagering. Bonuses & Promotions
New players who complete registration and make their first PKR deposit receive a welcome bonus credited automatically to their account. No code is required and no opt-in is needed. The bonus is applied as a separate bonus balance. You need to register at slotspl.app/register to be eligible. A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money. For example, if you received a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the Rs 1,000 becomes withdrawable. Your progress is tracked and displayed in the Bonus section of your account dashboard after login.
Each bonus has its own expiry period which is shown clearly in the bonus details section of your account. Most welcome and reload bonuses at Slots PL expire 30 days after they are credited if the wagering requirement is not met within that period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited. The most common reasons a welcome bonus is not credited are: the deposit was below the minimum qualifying deposit for the bonus, the account already received a first-deposit bonus previously, or the payment method used was not eligible for that specific promotion. Your Easypaisa and JazzCash credentials are never held by Slots PL – payments are processed via the official mobile wallet APIs and only a transaction reference is stored. Log in and navigate to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Enable it and confirm with an OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Once active, every login requires both your password and a fresh OTP. This prevents unauthorised access even if your password is compromised. It is strongly recommended for any account holding a PKR balance.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, as part of anti-money-laundering compliance. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC and proof of your payment method. This process is one-time for most players. The verification team typically processes submitted documents within a few hours during business days.
Change your password immediately from Account Settings → Security if you still have access. Then go to Security → Active Sessions and end all sessions. If you cannot log in, contact support@slotspl.app immediately with subject line "Urgent: Account Compromised". The support team can freeze the account within minutes of receiving a confirmed request. Do not share your password with anyone, including people claiming to be Slots PL staff.
Absolutely not. Slots PL strictly enforces an 18+ age requirement. Age verification takes place at registration and again during KYC. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is closed immediately and all deposited funds are returned. There are no exceptions.
